Life coaching will be focused on physical discipline and more importantly, Spiritual disciplines. Spiritual disciplines are habits, practices, and experiences that are designed to develop, grow, and strengthen certain qualities of spirit. To build your body you must be consistent in a structured physical regimen. To build one’s spiritual “muscles” the same attention must be practiced. We structure “workouts” which train the soul. Some spiritual disciplines are personal, inward exercises that are practiced alone(like prayer) others require interpersonal relationships and are practiced in community (Like fellowship).
The following 12 weeks the participant will be encouraged and aided in starting a cardio vascular regimen. The participant will also be studying and assigned “homework” for the week.
